Easy Blueberry Muffins
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F & grease muffin pan cups or use muffin liners
-Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup raw, organic sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt & 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
*Dash of Cinnamon & chia seeds optional*
-Place 1/3 cup of oil (we used avocado oil) into a 1 cup measuring cup; one egg and enough milk to fill the cup (1/3 or so).
-Mix the wet ingredients with the dry mixture & fold in fresh blueberries.
-Bake for20-25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until center comes out clean with a toothpick.
