  1. No super human coordination is needed. The reformer machine is much more intuitive than I expected.
  2. The classes are tiny — only up to six — so they almost feel like you are in a private session. The instructor can be very hands on.
  3. Every move is super efficient. You are using many different muscle groups with every single move.
  4. The reformer forces perfect form. There are few opportunities to “mess up”.
  5. It was hard. A real workout but not the sweaty, shaking kind. It felt deep but not at all impossible.
  6. It was kind of meditative!
