Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
My name is Natasha Olechowski and I am the force behind Inflate CT-NY! My family and I moved to Ridgefield in 2021 and were immediately ‘wowed’ by the town’s beauty and charm! Ridgefield has welcomed us with a warm hug and the community is incredible.
Tell us about your business, InflateCTNY and what services you offer?
Just over a year ago, our friends were talking about these beautiful bouncy houses that they had seen featured on social media at celebrity birthday parties. Upon doing some market research in the area, we found a gap in the market- there was no such thing as a ‘cute’ bouncy house. With my background in business & sales management, we knew we could really elevate Connecticut’s bouncy house business, which now includes the addition of balloons! And just like that, Inflate CT-NY was born!
We introduced the CT-NY market to modern bouncers and combined high-quality inflatables, balloons and fringe with exceptional customer service! We are perfectionists, so you can expect your delivery to be on-time and your bouncy experience to run efficiently. All our rentals are cleaned and sanitized after each use, and we are fully licensed and insured.
Do you have setups for each holiday and personal celebrations? Do you offer special plans to book in advance and make the planning process easier?
Most recently, I’ve just launched a balloon subscription program! I’ve found that balloons can be a last minute add on to the party’s décor, and often a rush to get something last minute. I have a few customers who I’ve signed on for the year, and they receive festive balloon stacks, such as Valentine’s Day, Superbowl, St.Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s day and their kids birthdays……this takes one thing off a busy mom’s list to do!
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
What I’ve loved most about launching this business is being part of the small business community and how incredibly generous and collaborative the community has been with Inflate CT-NY. Several business owners took the time to share some of their own entrepreneurial advice, and of course the Ridgefield Moms were one of my first customers! Other businesses were willing to collaborate with me for a styled shoot, which boosted my Instagram exposure right out of the gate! I love seeing customer’s faces, or their children’s awe, when they see the bouncy house getting inflated & Balloons go up- what a fun business to be a part of – delivering fun, in a beautiful and pretty way!
