As we head into the last two months of 2020 and the holiday season we @ridgefield_moms thought this would be the perfect time to re-introduce ourselves. We are Ashley Forte & Michele Moonan with 6 kiddos between us and 1 pup! Ashley a former 5th grade Farmingville Elementary teacher and Ridgefield High School coach and Michele a former NYC Fashion Executive. We have connected and fostered this forum with our similar family values and big hearts.
This platform has not only given us the gift of friendship, but also given us the opportunity to give back to our beautiful town. We say it all the time, growing up in Ridgefield is an everyday gift we give to our children. We never take this for granted. We are also so proud to be a part of The Local Moms Network, which was founded to deliver hyper-local resources and community connections to moms in suburbs across the country. The first location was launched in Greenwich, CT over 3 years ago and by the end of 2020, we plan to be in over 100 suburbs in 26 states across the country!
This gift comes with the commitment, support and love from all of you…our families, small businesses, outstanding schools, athletics, annual events, historic sites, public spaces, incredible restaurants, delicious coffee shops and much much more!
We run this site with the full intention to help other moms. From tips to tricks, our favorite go-to small businesses, thought provoking reads, opportunities to meet inspiring moms and business owners and everything in between.
As we head into the season of giving we wanted to pause, reflect and extend our gratitude for you sticking with us through our day to day adventures as moms. We are committed to our town, our mom community and to doing the next right thing in this wild year, whatever that may be ♥️
