Kids are funny, aren’t they?

You can toil in the kitchen, over a hot stove, in the middle of the hot summer, for hours to create a yummy, nutritious meal for them, and there’s a great chance they’ll be unimpressed. 😏

But you can give them a platter full of cold, easily-prepared food and they’ll go absolutely gaga.

And so will their friends.

And their friends’ parents.

It happens every other day at our house.
