I am the HR Manager at the Prospector Theater. I just celebrated my 5th anniversary. I love being a part of such an incredible mission! I have made countless friends, enjoyed wonderful events, and have seen some amazing movies. I love working with my fellow Prospects. They have helped me grow as a friend, an employee, a father and a person. The Prospector has completely changed my life for the better, and I know thousands of others who can say the same.

How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?

Ridgefield is a very unique town. It has changed so much since I was a boy. The one thing I have always appreciated about Ridgefield is the “small town” feel. I believe that growing up in this town has taught me empathy, a passion for history, and a desire to pass on a legacy to the next generation. As with everyone else, I absolutely love Main Street and all of the events this town holds. I love that the Prospector was born in my hometown. I am so excited that my son is going to the same elementary school that I went to. Ridgefield is a wonderful town, and I’m very lucky to be raising my family here.
